We offer the following services for your needs: - Complete Physical Examinations - Fill Out After School & Sport Medical Forms - Medical Laboratory Test - Immunizations - Mental Health Counseling and Services - Medications and Prescriptions - Medical Care, including treatment for acute and chronic conditions - Health Education and Counseling.
